Swiggy has partnered with ANRA Technologies for food delivery by drone. Along with the food, ANRA Technologies will also deliver the medical package. ANRA Technologies has got permission from Ministry of Defense (MoD), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) for this. ANRA Technologies has been granted a permit for BVLOS in India. The term BVLOS is used in the case of drones when the drone is out of the normal visible range. Earlier, permission was given to Dunzo's drone partner Skye AirMobility for drone delivery of medicines in Telangana.

In the first test flight, the ANRA team showed how food packages can be easily delivered with a medium drone. The weight of the food package is less than 1 kg. It is easily picked up by medium sized drones whose load capacity ranges from 3 kg to 4 kg.
