Then choose Form 8A from the provided options, after which an online form will appear in the new tab. Fill the form with your name, address, state, constituency and new address as well as the details as needed. Then upload a document that mentions your current address (eg Aadhaar card, bank passbook or any official document).

After filling the form and uploading the document, submit the form online. After this you will get a reference number, using which you can track your application.

After submitting the application, it will be verified by the electoral authorities. After the verification is successful, you will get a voter ID card with your new address.

For this, you have to submit (submit) the application form along with the proof of your current address to the election officer of your constituency.
