MI, Redmi and Poco smartphone users are facing bootloop problem, due to which their smartphone is being restarted repeatedly. A large number of users are complaining of this problem, after the phone is restarted, users receive an error message saying "Find Device closed unexpectedly". Xiaomi is investigating the problem, with the company saying in its statement that the problem occurred due to an interruption in some lines of code during the app update. The company has promised that the update will be released soon fixing this problem, which will reach the affected users.

According to user reports revealed through social media, the impact of this problem has been seen on smartphones running on MIUI 12.05 Global Stable ROM. Affected users are unable to make any kind of change on their behalf, as the phone is rebooting on its own. Some users have also lost their data due to this problem because they had to reset their phone.
This problem is not limited to only limited smartphone models. Several smartphones of Mi, Redmi and Poco are allegedly included in this list such as Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 7 Pro and Poco X3. Apart from this, this problem is not limited to India only, but some users from Nigeria have also shared this problem on Twitter.
Xiaomi has not even clarified the information about which app is causing this problem. However, some users have speculated that this problem is caused by the Airtel Thanks app.
Airtel's Global CIO Harmeen Mehta, while posting a tweet on Saturday, informed that the company is working closely with Xiaomi to present the cause of the problem and its fix. He also said that a small change has been introduced in the Airtel Thanks App to solve this problem, so that this problem can be avoided for some time.
