The Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone has started receiving Android 11 update in India. This new update is initially released to a limited number of people, but it will be extended to all Redmi Note 9 Pro users in the coming days. Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone in March this year with the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. This smartphone was launched with Android 10 based MIUI 11. However, in September it was released with MIUI 12 update. This update brought many changes and refresh interfaces.

According to information shared by users on Twitter, the latest update size of Redmi Note 9 Pro is 2.3 GB and its firmware version is MIUI V12.0.1.0.RJWINXM. There is currently no information shared in the updated changelog, nor has it been told what changes this latest update has brought. However, it does appear that the new software version is available through the stable channel.
It is worth noting that the firmware version of the previous update of Redmi Note 9 Pro is MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJWINXM, which was rolled out in September. This update came with Android 10 based MIUI 12.
